We offer a comprehensive benefits package that our employees can tailor to
their specific needs. Some benefits are provided at no cost; others require the
employee to share in the cost of the benefit, or pay the full cost at group
rates. Please speak with your recruiter about the details of the plan that will
apply to you in your position with us.
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible for benefits if you work a minimum of 24 - 32 hours
depending on the location of your particular center. Employees may enroll the
first of the month after 30 or 90 days of employment depending on your State or
exempt/non exempt status.
Medical
We offer either a Point-of-Service (POS) Medical Plan or PPO Medical Plan for
non New Jersey residents. The plans are available in the following packages: 1)
employee only, 2) employee plus one, 3) Family. Details on cost are available
from our Human Resources Department. These plans are through Horizon Blue Cross
and Blue Shield or Anthem depending on your state of employment.
Dental
We offer a choice of three Dental Plans, Low, Medium and High. Details on cost
are available from our Human Resources Department.
Vision
In some states we also provide an option for a vision plan to all employees
regardless of their status, full time or part time at a very low cost. This is
separate from your health plan.
Voluntary Benefits
These include: vision, life insurance and AD&D, short term disability,
(Depending on the state) and long term disability.

A minimum of 7 paid holiday’s days annually:

- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Specific Holidays may very depending on location.
Time Off
PTO and/or vacation benefits vary depending on your state of employments and
exempt/non exempt status.
401(k) Retirement Program
This program is offered in all of our locations and is includes a company
match.
PIB (pay in lieu of benefits)
This option is available in some of our centers depending on your discipline.
Other Benefits
The Company also provides other programs, such as tuition reimbursement, direct
deposit and on the job training. There may be differences in the benefits
package depending on your discipline and location. There are other employee
recognition programs that vary from site to site.
